Meeting Room 2
A large meeting room set up in a boardroom style configuration. Tables and chairs may be rearranged or removed as needed. A projector, screen, and microphones are available.
Non-profit: Free. Individuals, organizations, clubs, or groups. No fees required for room use.
For-profit: $15 per hour. Individuals, organizations, or businesses may use meeting rooms for staff training, educational seminars, or team-building activities that are closed to the public and/or potential customers. The Library accepts cash or check made out to: Whitewater Public Library. Any applicable fees are due before each meeting takes place and can be paid at the library's front desk.
Cleaning Fees: Should there be any additional cleaning required after a meeting by our custodial staff, a cleaning fee shall be assessed to the applicant.

The standard arrangement for the room is a boardroom type setup with 8 tables arranged in a rectangle with 16 chairs. Additional tables and chairs are available. Please let the library know on the reservation form if you would like additional tables and chairs or if you need the room empty.
Important: you are responsible for any additional set up of this room and returning the room to the standard configuration. Library staff cannot assist with set up and tear down. The standard set up of 8 tables and 16 chairs must be put back into place when you are finished with the room.
Maximum occupancy of the room is 99 (standing room only).
